- Initial meeting to understand your needs
- Second meeting to suggest a selection of colors
- Last meeting with modifications according to your feedback

  • Design Report
- ​One Meeting to go into the details of the project
- Creation of a Design Report including :​​​
- 2 lay-out proposals with 2D or 3D views + description of planned upgrades,
- Room moodboards,
- A list of suggested furniture / decorative items
- A list of suggested wall & floor coverings
- A list of suggested work to be done by your contractors
- A follow-up meeting to detail and agree on the Design project

  • Final Project
Simplify the follow-up of your project with your contractors : 
- Propose contractors and request quotations
- Look for any specific expertise, artisans, material or other
- Act as a local liaison between you and your contractors
- Follow your site's work progress and inform you (photos / videos)
- Follow up on the planned budget
- Assist in any other task linked to your interior design project

Furniture - House fitting

  • ​Shopping day to selected shops and showrooms:
                              Half day: 320 EUR TTC
                              Full day: 540 EUR TTC
 
  • ​Purchase of selected furniture on your behalf (whenever possible, you will benefit from professional prices)
  • Management of the delivery and room arrangement

Home Staging

  • In-House consultation + Handover of a written prioritised action plan (de-cluttering, painting, fixing, furniture and accessory placement along with strategies for keeping your home "show ready") : 
    195 EUR TTC per room (including kitchen and bathroom)
    Flat fee on request above 80 m2
  • Organisation of the Upgrade and/or Home arrangement agreed : propose contractors and request quotations, purchase of furniture and decoration, placement of accessory for a "show ready" home : based on an hourly rate of 108 EUR TTC, flat fee on request
  • Cost of contractors and cost of furniture and/or accessories will need to be added to get the total cost of Home Staging.
